My mother no longer has an appetite, but she has to eat for her medications. What should I do?

My mother is 78 years old and has been diagnosed with multiple health conditions. The amount of food that she has eaten has decreased drastically, and the amount of medications she takes is only going up. Is there anything that I can do to help her?
