Is excessive sweating an indicator of a weak heart?

I have a huge problem with excessive sweating, and heart disease runs in my family. Should I be worried that my excessive sweating may be an indicator of a weak heart?

Good question. Indeed, sweating can be a sign of heart disease. However, it usually has company to point to the heart, like chest discomfort or breathlessness.
