Are there foods that can make my heart stronger?

Are there certain foods that I should have to make my heart stronger?

The heart is a muscle so working it out makes it stronger. That said, there are minerals that are absolutely necessary for heart function. Magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, Vitamin D and fat. These are necessary for conversion and proper function in the heart. All of these come from fresh raw fruits and veggies. Vit D comes from time spent in the sun. Add movement and strength training and you have a winning formula for a stronger heart.
It depends on the type of heart condition, sometimes red meat can help, but in other cases (haeomchromatosis), too much iron is bad. You do need to have plenty of fruit and vegetables, and I personally recommend a good multivitamin/mineral, omega-3 fish oils (at least 4 grams/day), and calcium and magnesium. Also, Coenzyme q10 can be helpful.
