"Tubes tied" is the wrong statement. The correct statement should be "tubal sterilization" because a piece of the tube is cut and removed. To reverse the procedure, it requires specialized surgery.
You should see a doctor to get a pregnancy test first. If it is negative, get a hormonal evaluation.
Missing your period has nothing to do with your Fallopian tubes. Please make an appointment with your OBGyn to be seen.

The tubes actually have no effect on your menstrual cycle, having them untied will only allow pregnancy. If you have been sexually active I would first check a pregnancy test and then see a gynecologist.
