During the summer I get heat blisters which leave a light scar. What should I do?

I get small heat blisters around various parts of my body particularly during the summer. These are painful and also leave a scar. What should I do about it?

Avoid sun exposure and see a doctor. You may need some blood tests to see if there are any abnormalities.
You should go to a dermatologist specialist directly to check out why you get this type of blisters. Scar treatment is a lot more difficult, just like repairing a broken bottle to its original condition is super difficult.


It’s probably Hydroa Vacciniforme. Sunscreen and pill can be use to prevent it. It has to be started 30 to 60 days prior the summers. You need to see a dermatologist.
Stay cool and avoid the sun. Move to San Francisco, it usually gets very foggy in the summer.
