How big is a 3 cm brain aneurysm?

I am a 47 year old male. I was diagnosed with a 3 cm brain aneurysm. How big is a 3 cm aneurysm?

That is very large for an aneurysm and should be treated.

Big! 3 cm is over an inch. Anything over an inch is a giant aneurysm.
It's fairly concerning. Aneurysms greater than 5 mm are followed closely. More than 1 cm is fairly serious. Please discuss this with your neurologist or neurosurgeon.
