Urologist Questions Urinary Incontinence

How can I control urine frequency?

I am suffering from frequent urination and it gets difficult because I have a job where I'm on the road most of the day. What can I do to control urine frequency?

It depends on the underlying cause. You should be evaluated by a urologist first.
There are several medicines to try as long as you have no contraindications. Try to stay away from caffeine as it can make your frequency worse.
A common cause of urinary frequency is drinking too much fluid. And especially drinking too much caffeine, found in coke, coffee, tea, energy drinks and some other soft drinks. Try to limit your fluid to around 1.5-2 litres a day, unless you feel particularly thirsty. Also try to reduce or ideally eliminate caffeine from your diet.
