The best home care is to floss first, brush second, and rinse with something like Listerine, making sure the rinse gets between all of your teeth.
Water-pik, floss and brush gum-line.
There is mini brush called proxa brush by Butler GUM which goes in between the teeth followed by dental floss.
You can not. Only dental professional can do this.
You can’t. The best thing is to prevent the problem. Brush, floss and use a waterpik.
If you start with your teeth professionally cleaned, you can maintain the tartar-free teeth with daily floss (ideally, or some other interdental cleaner) and careful brushing twice a day. If you have tartar on your teeth, you cannot safely remove that at home. Hygienists spend 2 or 3 years learning to do that, dentists spend even longer.
It is possible for many people to get hygiene instruments to deep clean their gums, however, without proper care and technique, people do more damage like cut their gums, so it is important to see trained professionals like a hygienist or dentist.
The most effective home cleaning is done with a combination of first flossing between the teeth followed by brushing with a sonic toothbrush. Brushing with any brush is better than not brushing at all; although, studies have shown using a sonic brush has proven to be most effective.
Hello,

First of all, you are really young to need a deep cleaning unless you really have bad oral hygiene and have not had a cleaning in years, and secondly, no one can give themselves a deep cleaning. I would get a second opinion for the diagnosis you were given.
You cannot deep clean your gums at home.
Not possible. Below the gum line cleaning requires a professional. Sorry.

You don't. This is a procedure only a professional can do for you. It involves anesthetic and deep scraping with sharp instruments.
Unfortunately, you really need to visit a dentist, and either the dentist or hygienist will have to do the deep cleaning
Hello! I am guessing a dentist or Hygenist told you that you needed a deep cleaning. If that is the case, most likely you suffer from gum disease. This is an infection in your gums that has a direct impact in your overall health. Unfortunately this condition can not be self treated and needs to be managed by a dental profesional. The reason why you can not treat or manage this condition at home, is because is very hard and honestly unsafe for you to reach deep into your dental pockets. There is risk for you to introduce bacteria to your blood stream by doing this at home. Also is very important that the proper technique and sterilized dental instruments are used. Mean while try to do your best at home with you oral hygiene, but my best advice to you is to find a good dental hygienist to manage your condition. I hope this was helpful.
