Warm salt water rinses will help draw out the infection. Oil pulling. which is taking organic coconut oil and actively swishing for 10 minutes. Depending on the reason why you have the abscess, you will need to see a dentist at some point to resolve the problem.

No way that I know of unless you can remove your own tooth that is causing the problem
You can pop the abscess with a clean needle and milk it from the sides to drain it, but you are not eliminating the source of the infection. You need to see a dentist who can determine whether it is a tooth abscess or gum abscess, and whether it needs to be cleaned out, needs a root canal, or needs to be extracted. Without seeing the dentist the abscess may feel better but it will not be cured, and it will harm your bone as well as your health.
You can’t.
It depends on what is causing the abscess. If you try salt water rinses and there is no relief you won’t be able to get rid of it by yourself. Also, even if you receive temporary relief the abscess nay still be there. Ignoring it can lead to the abscess becoming worse and ultimately causing the tooth to be lost. Bottom line, please see the dentist.
