How can I manage high blood pressure naturally?

I am a 44-year-old male and I have high blood pressure. How can I manage high blood pressure naturally?

Lose weight to your ideal, regular exercise, reduce stress, and supplements magnesium (800mg) and fish oils (1-3grams) daily can help.

You can avoid meat, and eat more vegetables and fruits.
Lose weight, 2000 mg sodium diet, stop smoking (if you do), avoid caffeine, avoid alcohol. This may help, but depending on how high it is, you may still need medication.
