I am a 24 year old male. I want to know how can I pop my knee myself?

Attempting to "pop" your knee yourself is not a good idea. Seek out an opinion from a qualified professional that can do a knee exam to see what is going on that then direct you in your best possible treatment option.
Why would you want to? Is it dislocated? If not and it feels the need to "pop," it is probably joint hypermobility due to weak ligaments. See a chiropractor or personal trainer and they can show you how to strengthen it so it will be more stable.

"Popping" your knee by yourself is definitely not advisable at anytime. The knee are 2 very important weightbearing structures that are held in anatomical position by ligaments, musculotendinous and fascia to allow them perform the many functions that they do. When there's "popping" present, that signifies that there's some instability with the one of the anatomical structures and they are not doing their job properly. One should strive to eliminate the popping via strengthening exercises and application of a knee sleeve.
Asking that question makes no more sense than asking a dentist how you can fill your own tooth. It takes analysis to determine how and in which direction the problem is. There is no "one way" to adjust a knee!
This must be performed by a licensed professional such as a Chiropractor. Attempting to align your own knee can result in injury.
It is not healthy or safe to self-adjust when you are not a licensed professional.
