My youngest son has chicken pox. Is there anything I can do to prevent it from spreading to my other children? They have been vaccinated, but I am still nervous.

Ask your doctor whether treatment with acyclovir is warranted to stop your son's viral shedding.
Chickenpox is highly contagious. Keep the other children away from the infected child as much as possible, but there is probably no way to prevent spread within a household.
