How can I reduce gas occurrences?

I am a 17 year old female who has constant digestive issues. How can I reduce gas occurrences?

Not sure exactly what you mean by "gas occurrences", but if you mean farting, then lower the carbs in your diet. e.g. the Low FODMAP diet.
Constant digestive issues will need an evaluation by a Pediatric gastroenterologist to evaluate for celiac disease, small intestinal bacteria overgrowth, lactose intolerance and other carbohydrate intolerances, Crohn's disease, and other malabsorptive diseases such as fat malabsorption.
You can use gas X, decrease high sugar foods, and use lactaid milk for dairy. Take time to go to the bathroom daily.
