I'm afraid there is no way to tighten a loose tooth at home! Please contact your dentist right away!
Please see a periodontist.
Brushing twice a day with an electric toothbrush.... Or buy a water pik. See your dentist every four months for a scaling.
You can't do it, see your dentist. It might be impossible for him as well.
You may have periodontal condition that has caused your bone to loosen around your teeth. You need to see a periodontist asap.
I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. There are many reasons your teeth become loose, 1. From a build-up of bacteria (Tarter/Plaque) that adheres to your tooth structure and will stay there until you have it professionally removed. 2. Trauma 3. Traumatic bite. Please see your dentist. They will be able to take x-ray s and diagnose any issues you may have that will help save your teeth.
The biggest problem I see is that you can't do it yourself - there is a reason your teeth are loose, and a good dentist needs to diagnose why. It could be that you have periodontal bone loss, meaning that the support around your teeth has diminished. It could also be due to the way in which your teeth fit together (if your bite is imbalanced it can affect the stability of your teeth. Don't kid yourself into thinking that it's a DIY project - you risk losing your teeth if the problem isn't diagnosed and treated correctly.
If you have loose teeth, it is likely you have gum disease and bone loss around your teeth. As you lose bone, the supporting structure, the teeth get loose.
There is currently no treatment available to replace the bone. The goal at this point should be either to eliminate further bone loss, or extract those teeth and have implants placed . AND GET YOUR TEETH CLEANED EVERY 3 MONTHS...
You cannot.
You should have a conversation with a dentist
