How can I treat a toenail fungal infection?

I am a 34 year old female. I was diagnosed with a toenail fungal infection and really want to treat it fast. How can I treat it?

Well you may need Rx strength antifungal meds oral and topical but there are otc products that can help mild cases including white vinegar which is acetic acid and widely available.
No quick fix; the best treatment is an oral medication which must be taken for several weeks.
