There are a number of things you can do to lower that blood pressure.

1. Cardio (walking, swimming, jogging, etc)
2. Proper Diet

You can also add the following to your diet to help

Bananas
Beets
Dark chocolate
Kiwis
Watermelon
Oats
Leafy green vegetables
Provided you have no end organ damage. Weight loss, no sodium, no fried food, plenty of fish and vegetables with exercise 3 days a week for 20-30 minutes. It’s called the “Dash Diet”. Read about it in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Eat a good diet, high in vegetables and fruits. Supplements which can make a difference are magnesium (500-1000mg per day), and fish oil 2-3 grams per day.
