How can I whiten my dark teeth?

I am a 27 year old female. I want to know how can I whiten my dark teeth?

Hi,

Use a professional strength whitening gel (either hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide) in custom trays. Exceptionally dark teeth may require daily whitening for three to six months. I have successfully whitened tetracycline stained and fluorosis stained teeth with this extended therapy.
Most commonly, there are professional-level home bleaching products that your dentist can recommend.
3 options: In-office bleaching, take home bleaching trays from the dentist, and over-the-counter bleaching products.

Listerine whitening mouthwash works well, but if your teeth are dark due to the way they are dark “from the inside” then you will need to get veneers or crowns.
