Dentist Questions Bleeding Gums

How do I get my gums to stop bleeding?

I'm 32 years old, and I noticed that my gums have been bleeding (on and off) for about 2 weeks. Are there ways to stop them from bleeding?

I would recommend to see your dentist and hygienist right away. Also to use a WaterPik and place in the WaterPik 1 teaspoon of baking soda one Capg of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide and 10 to 20 drops of iodine 150 MCG which you can get in Whole FoodsUse the WaterPik with warm water two times a day I also recommend the use of an Oral-B toothbrush to keep the plaque off your teeth by the gum line

Brush and floss your teeth. Do salt water rinses (1 cup warm water with 1 tbsp salt) after meals. Go visit your dentist to see why they are bleeding.
See a dentist.
Please see a dentist as soon as possible.
The reasons for bleeding gums can vary from a minor problem which can be a reversible and be taken care of by minor procedure to a more serious problem.
Without more information and evaluation it’s hard to say what exactly is the reason for bleeding and what should be the line of treatment.
