How do you sleep comfortably while pregnancy?

I am a 24 year old pregnant woman. I want to know how do you sleep comfortably while pregnancy?

Add more pillows for behind your back or under your belly is you are laying on your side. It may take a little maneuvering to find the best for you
Lots of pillows. Elevate you head. Some people sleep in a sofa for back support.
I’m assuming you are asking about the sleeping position in pregnancy. After 28 weeks, left lateral position is the recommended position to avoid compression on the blood vessels on the right side. You could use a body pillow on your right side to get a slight tilt to the left.
Happy Pregnancy!
That is a good question. Body pillows, wedge pillows, Benadryl or unison all aid with sleep.

Use a lot of pillows. Put one behind your left side to get you off your back. Put one between your legs.
On your side with a body pillow.
