How do you stop a really bad toothache?

I am a 24-year-old female and I have a bad toothache. How do you stop a really bad toothache?

Simple, go to a dentist and have the cause of the pain evaluated. It could be a cavity, infection etc. there is no blanket remedy for tooth pain. It all starts with a diagnosis then we can figure out treatment to alleviate your pain.

Temporarily, you can try Ambesol or painkillers. See a dentist ASAP to solve the problem. The longer you wait, the more severe and serious the problem will become, even if the pain seems to go away.
