I am a 34 year old female. I want to know how do you treat bipolar anxiety?

I don't believe I have ever heard of a diagnosis of bipolar anxiety. When and where did you receive this diagnosis?
Not sure what you mean by "Bipolar Anxiety." Bipolar Disorder is best treated with a combination of CBT based therapy and a psychiatric medication evaluation.
