I am a 29 year old male. I want to know how long can you wear contacts for?

It depends on the type of contact lenses that you have, but you need to take your contacts out every night and throw them away every day if you have daily lenses, or every 2 weeks or monthly if you have most other lenses. But, to keep your eyes healthy, it is extremely important NOT to sleep in your contacts.
Daily wear contacts are one use only, discard after one use. No more than 8 to 13 hours of wearing.
8-12 hours.
I recommend daily lenses 10-12 hours a day.
