Botox treatment or any other similar treatments (i.e. Dysport or Xeomin) usually lasts 3-4 months. However, it isn't unusual that if you use these medications for a period of time that the duration between each injection increases. I have some patients that go 6-12 months before needing injection. However, they have been with me for years so it takes time for the muscles to not need these treatments as often.
