How long does cataract surgery take for one eye?

I am a 49 year old female. I want to know how long does cataract surgery take for one eye?

If it is a regular cataract it should take 5-10 minutes
Cataract surgery can take less than 10 minutes for one eye, and is painless. Laser cataract surgery may take a couple minutes longer but is more precise and can treat astigmatism, providing a better result than older, ultrasound-based surgery.
Depending on your surgeon, it may be only 15 min or up to 45 min. Avg about ½ hour from top to bottom…
The actual surgical time is typically 10-20 minutes. Difficult cataracts take longer.
It depends on the type of cataract and the best method for you. See an Ophthalmologist for an evaluation and then if you are not sure get another opinion .
The actual surgery is usually 10 to 20 minutes but you come an hour before to get ready and about 30 to 45 afterward .
Depends. 10-15 min from incision to end.

Cataract surgery speed varies from surgeon to surgeon, as well as other factors, such as, type of cataract, coexisting diseases (glaucoma, corneal disease), patient age, and other
health conditions. In general, most cataract surgeries are completed in 10-20 minutes, but speed is not as vital as precision. Another common variable, is the type of anesthesia.
