How long does it take for oil pulling to heal gums?

I am a 22 year old female. I want to know how long does it take for oil pulling to heal gums?

It doesn't. If there are signs of healing in the gums, it would be your own body that heals your gums. Also, oil pulling claims are for teeth and to lessen bacterial counts in mouth. Conflicting scientific data on that matter. There is inconclusive data on its efficacy and not proven to have any benefit at all.
If it's an effective treatment, you should notice a significant difference within a week. Oregano essential oil, especially H2O Orega, which is a soluble form; you can put a few drops in your waterpik to irrigate your gums and in between your teeth, which is an effective form of healing the gums. If that doesn't work, you may have an infection or other issue and should be
seen by a dentist.
