Hi, thank you for your email.
Arm lift is the gold standard for skin tightening and volume reduction of the arms. Patient is advised to use compressive garments to reduce post surgery swelling and exercise of the arms must be avoided for 4-6 weeks. Incision's color should start to fade after 8 months.
Approximately 7-10 days
After arm lift surgery, it depends on the amount of tissue removed, but also, if the patient smokes, or has any underlying condition like diabetes. In general, the recovery takes around 8-10 weeks. Make sure that you disclose any underlying condition to your surgeon, and discuss all the questions that you may have.
Good luck.

8 weeks
Arm lift surgery has a recovery period of 6 weeks. At around 1-2 weeks, most of the initial pain has resolved and you will feel more comfortable and likely be able to return to work with no heavy lifting. It takes 6 weeks for the incisions to fully heal and for you to return to heavy lifting.
