Speak with your orthodontist for this question. Could be monthly or longer.
There are a variety of "braces" today and there is no right answer. While it was common to have monthly 'adjustments", today the interval between visits may be adjusted up of or down depending on the system, the treatment, or the goal of the dentist/orthodontist.
Adjustments or wire changes are usually every 6-8 weeks but this can vary with the individual. Best to ask the dentist or orthodontist that will be doing the treatment for your son.
Depends on what the orthodontist is trying to accomplish with each appointment, usually you see the orthodontist once a month
Your son's dentist will decide which schedule your son needs. Our OFFICE does braces. Parents are responsible for financial arrangements. If you made a down payment to start your son's braces and agreed to make monthly payments, if your child misses an appointment, parents should still drop off the monthly payment. Your son's brace TREATMENT and your PAYMENT schedule are two separate
TOPICS.
Every 2 weeks to 3 months.
