Each type of contact lens has a time for length of use and change needed as posted by the manufacturer. Generally, the prescriber of the lenses will tell you these times as well as how to care for the lens. Sometimes you will get an information pamphlet with your initial amount of lenses. If all else fails, look up either the lens type or the manufacturer on the internet and get the information you need.
There are many different types of contacts. You should call your doctor to see which one was prescribed to know how often they should be replaced.
It depends on the brand. Acuvue oasys brand is every two weeks or 14 uses. Do not sleep in your lenses overnight. Biofinnity lenses are monthly. Some lenses are daily disposable. The manufacturer will have a recommendation which you should follow.

It depends on the type and brand. Most commonly 2 weeks unless you sleep in them, then one week. I don't recommend sleeping in contacts since it increases risk of infection. You should ask your eye doctor for specific wearing and care instructions for your brand of lenses.
This depends on the type of lens you have purchased. In general, we strongly advise that your lenses be removed each night (do not sleep in them), cleaned carefully and replaced in your eyes in the morning. If you are using daily wear lenses, you can discard the old lenses each night and use a fresh lens each morning.
If it’s a daily disposable lens, then every day.
Daily wear contracts should be changed daily. Otherwise once a month is best. For those on a budget, reuse till and clean till it's not cleanable effectively.
