How should I sleep in my second trimester?

I am a 24 year old pregnant female and I am in my second trimester. How should I sleep in my second trimester?

As the uterus get larger it compresses the big vessels that run in front of the spinal cord (the aorta and vena cava). Once you are in the third trimester it will be important to sleep on your side with pillows to support your belly and between your legs for comfort. During the second trimester you can begin to get used to this and it may be more comfortable for you as well.
