Nerve issue cannot be addressed at home. It’s typically indicative of a bigger problem and should be evaluated by your chiropractor.

It depends what caused it and if it's a pinched nerve. Evaluations are helpful in determining the cause and type of injury you have. In the meantime, you alternate ice and heat 10min each with a 30min rest in between. If that does not help you, find someone to try myofascial release.
I’d personally search YouTube for ‘elbow exercises for pain.’ You should find some stretching/massaging/strengthening exercises to help get you through the pain. Also search ‘pinched nerve in elbow’ as that might yield some other exercises. Remember it’s likely to take a few days or more of those treatments/exercises to start changing the pain, so don’t give up after a day.
Releasing the Pronator Teres muscle will help. Search videos on YouTube to show you how to release the Pronator Teres.
