Skin blisters are not only from fungus; can also be bacterial or viral in origin. Best to see a doctor to clean it to prevent infection.
You just leave a blister alone. Don't remove the skin. If signs of infection start to occur, please see your local doctor.

There are many different reasons for blister formation, so treatment depends on the underlying cause. If the blister is not due to a fungal infection, a topical antifungal cream would not work. Please see your dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
