This is very traumatic for you. It will take time for your husband to earn your trust again. Trust develops gradually based on a person proving trustworthy by being trustworthy in larger ways. So, he has a lot of work to show you that you can trust him.
I would recommend that you find an experienced marriage counselor who can assess what led your husband to this affair and who can help you make your marriage more secure.
You should see a therapist and consider couples counselling.
Is he open to going to couples counseling? If he wants to make it work, that is a good place to start.

Consider going to couples therapy with an experience therapist who has dealt with reconciling with a partner who has had an affair.
