Chiropractic helps to make your brain and nerves work better. Your brain and nerves control pain and muscle function, so I would most definitely get evaluated by your chiropractor for muscle pain.
Chiropractic adjustments help to decrease nerve irritation, which may be causing your muscle pains. In addition to adjustments, most Chiropractors use a variety of other therapies to decrease muscle spasms, trigger points and overall tightness. A few examples of such therapies are electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, laser, Graston, ART, or even massage therapy. Most Chiropractors will have the therapies they use listed on their websites, so this is a good way to research the doctor that best fits your needs. Good luck!
An exam would need to be done to see what the cause of the pain is from. Most of the time patients with muscular and nerve pain do very well with chiropractic treatment and therapy.
Chiropractic is highly effective when it comes to muscle pains. When the spine and pelvis are more properly aligned, the muscles are of a better tone because they attach to those spinal bones! Better alignment = less tension = better feeling/functioning muscles!

Yes, chiropractic adjustments to your spine improves motion to spinal joints causing better nerve conduction. The better your nerves transmit information, the better your body functions.

Yes. Unexplained chronic muscular pain can be the result of abnormal biomechanics of the spine, i.e., loss of the normal curvatures of the spine and spinal subluxations, i.e., vertebral fixations causing a decrease of the normal mobility of the spinal joints. This is only one of the expertise of a chiropractor.
