I am a 37 year old female. I want to know if a weak heart is the same as heart failure?

Heart failure is very common in this country and usually is caused by weakening of the heart muscle from different causes including heart attack, faulty heart valves and other diseases.

Congestive Heart failure is a weak heart. With treatment CHF gets better. The heart is no longer weak. The best thing is to do echocardiogram.
