Is burnt skin repair surgery an elective procedure?

I am a 40 year old female. I have burnt skin repair surgery for my hand. With Covid-19 canceling elective surgeries, I wonder if my surgery will be affected.

That will be up to the current level of Covid in your area. Some states are still closed others never shut down. A call to the local health department or your doctor will help.
If this is an old established scar, it would not likely qualify as an urgent procedure unless it was interfering with hand function and making it difficult to perform your job in your occupation.
This is a question that you will need to discuss with your surgeon. That being said, if this is not an acute burn and the surgery is to remove scarred skin, then more then likely this will be cancelled give the current regulations on elective surgery. Good luck and be safe!
It would be wise to wait until the pandemic situation has improved before embarking on any elective surgery.
This depends on the type of surgery you are having. In most cases, yes, this would be considered elective.
