I am a 28 year old male. I have mouth ulcers. Is cold water good for mouth ulcers?

It may soothe them
Although may temporarily relieve the pain on the ulcers, it may not be good for sensitivity of your teeth. Might want your dentist prescribe you magic mouthwash to help.
Depends on what type of ulcers you have? Generally speaking, warm salt water rinses are the best. But, if cold makes it fell better then do so. You cannot hurt anything by rinsing. See a dental office for diagnosis.
