Is facial liposuction permanent?

I am a 36 year old female and I want to have facial liposuction. Is facial liposuction permanent?

Hello, face liposuction is not recommended to anyone. It’s very dangerous since the nerves to the face are superficial. There is buccal fat extraction which is cheek fat removal through the mouth. If you have any further questions or inquiries please visit my website at Drroya.com. Good luck!
We cannot make new fat cells so the fat cells which are removed are gone permanently. However the fat cells which remain can get larger if one gains weight. There will never however be as many fat cells to enlarge with weight gain so the effect is permanent.
All liposuction results are permanent, whether good or bad. They can be modified only with more surgery. Time and weight changes will definitely have an effect on the results.
Yes. The liposuction is permanent. However if you gain or lose significant weight, this can impact her overall result.
Facial liposuction which is mostly indicated for the neck and chin area is just like any other area of liposuction , permanent with very rare exceptions , Obviously the procedure will only succeed for the right indication and excess skin looseness not a real problem but also if you maintain your weight after surgery .Weight gains after liposuction may not affect the suctioned area but will likely affect the surrounding area . Good luck with our procedure.

It can be. However, you still have some responsibility to keep your weight stable. You can gain fat back in suctioned areas if you gain weight period. The suction in the face has to be done with care as facial nerve branches are at risk. But, if done correctly and you maintain normal weight you only have the normal aging that comes with the face and fat removal can be beneficial.
Good question, you should always be aware if a surgeon recommends facial liposuction. Neck liposuction is a well established procedure. However, liposuctioning of the face must be done with great care because loss of volume from the face is a sign of aging. Sometimes buccal fat is removed in some cases to shape the mid-face. Answering your question, once fat is removed volume is lost and unless you gain substantial fat to enlarge remaining fat cells can be considered permanent. Make sure to discuss this with your surgeon.
Yes... and that is exactly why you need to be so careful in deciding to remove facial fat. Excessive fatty distribution along jawline, neck and jowls May aid in a more contoured appearance. But removing too much facial fat will contribute to an aging appearance and as you age potentially regretting the facial slimming.
