Is hydrogen peroxide good for teeth?

I am a 24 year old female and I want to start gargling with hydrogen peroxide. Is hydrogen peroxide good for teeth?

Hydrogen peroxide can be helpful in some situations. Using it once or twice for a sore throat can be helpful. The problem with hydrogen peroxide is that if you use it daily, it irritates your tissues. The percentage of peroxide that is sold with first aid items is 3%. If you use 1/4 cup peroxide and 1/4 cup warm water and add 2 teaspoons of peroxide, you have a percentage of peroxide that is slightly more than 1.5%. This percentage of peroxide kills bacteria, but does not irritate your tissues. Why do you want to use hydrogen peroxide? What problems are you having? Do you floss and brush your teeth correctly? On a daily basis? You may have to go to the dentist to get all the debris off your teeth. If you need dental work done, find a way to get it done. Having a clean healthy mouth contributes to the way we feel. While you are at your dentist's, ask how to floss correctly and brush correctly. It is good to review flossing and brushing. When we do the same thing every day, we can get careless.
Do not. It’s not good for your gums to do it daily. Choose a mouth wash that doesn’t have alcohol in it if you want to swish with something. Long term exposure to peroxide is not good.
My belief is that it’s neither good or bad, it can cause sensitivity in some patients and no troubles in others. Best is to be accurate in brushing and flossing and use Hydrogen Peroxide as desired to aid in your home care.
No! Please do not use hydrogen peroxide for rinsing or gargling purposes. There is a normal amount of bacteria that is in balance in your mouth. By using hydrogen peroxide inappropriately you will upset this balance and you may cause a yeast or fungal infection in your mouth. There are specific mouthwashes that are meant to be used in your mouth.
