Is it normal for anxiety to cause nausea?

I am 29 years old and I have problems with anxiety. I'm not taking any medication for it yet, but normally my anxiety leads to me being nauseous. What do you think I should do? Is this normal?

Yes, it is very common to have physical symptoms like nausea, stomachache, diarrhea, etc., related to anxiety. If your symptoms are getting worse, you should schedule an appointment with your doctor to review treatment options.
