Is it normal to see your jaw bone after a tooth extraction?

I am a 30 year old male. I want to know if it is normal to see your jaw bone after a tooth extraction?

Not really...return to the surgeon who extracted your tooth 
Normal is a relative term. If you see bone, it may be normal or it may not be. Any concern should be directed to the dental office.
