Rheumatologist Questions Arthritis

Is there a cure for arthritis?

I'm only 30 years old but I have arthritis in my hands and wrists already. I take anti-inflammatory drugs and they seem to help but will anything cure this? Is arthritis a lifelong condition?

Unfortunately, most forms of arthritis are lifelong conditions. It is very important to know the specific form of arthritis as some types have specific and improved treatments ( Rheumatoid, Psoriatic, Ankylosing Spondylitis, etc)
There are certain foods that can help the inflammation in arthritis. It is a lifelong condition. Gentle yoga helps too.
