Hello. Typically, experiencing back pain after sex has more to do with "pelvic floor" issues, or nerve issues within your pelvic cavity. The most appropriate (and helpful) strategy would be to locate a physical therapist who focuses on women's pelvic floor health. When things are calmed down and smoothed out within that area, reactive post-coital back pain diminishes significantly.
This could be a pelvic floor issue! Consider finding a pelvic floor PT near you. Pelvic Floor PTs can address lumbar spine issues as well as sacrum, pelvis, and pelvic floor issues! Yes. Strengthening your back muscle will help a lot.
Hello,
Yes, physical therapy could be beneficial for you. You should seek out a pelvic floor specialist. A pelvic floor specialist can aid in any gender. Sometimes pelvic floor is the missing component in individuals with back pain. When you see your specialist be prepared to inform them if it’s during or after intercourse, positional dependent, and a description of your pain and symptoms.

Your local therapist can assist you in not only in strengthening the back but in recommendations of positions that are less taxing on the spine.
