“Why do mosquito bites leave a scar on my child's body?”
My son is very prone to mosquito bites and ends up getting scars on his body. But I never see him scratching. Why is it scarring anyway and what can I do?

Some children put pigment in their skin with a scar or bite even if they do not scratch. Sometimes using benadryl orally and putting hydrocortisone on the
area can make less of a scar. Also use insect spray to avoid the bites.
