Loss of movement and language from meningitis.

A patient was suffering with bacterial meningitis about 6 months ago. Now the inflammation is reduced but the patient can't speak and can't move his right hand and lower limbs. He continues to take gabapentin, sodium valproate, and some brain tonics. Which medicine should we use for recovering his lingual and limbs movement?

Male | 29 years old
Complaint duration: 6 months
Medications: Gabapentin and sodium volporate and some brain tonics.
Conditions: Now he is stable but his lingual and right hand , lower limbs movement is very poor
