Find a good sex partner
See a psychologist or psychiatrist for evaluation and psychotherapy that's likely needed. Check your blood hormone level, which may help for assessment.

Good luck.
There are medications that inhibit sexual desire. SSRI are among them. Prozac (Fluoxetine) probably has the highest effect on this line. There is also a chance that the person has a bipolar disorder, and SSRI will worsen her condition. A thorough evaluation by a competent psychiatrist would be recommended to determine if medications are suitable in this case.
Make sure she is on birth control. There is not anything safe that you can decrease desire. I would say it could be a symptom of something else she is not getting enough of and the problem is that the sex won't fill the void either. It will just make things harder to patch up later. A few sessions with a therapist may help. Ask her to commit to 3 times and pray for the light to come on. It will take a lot of work to fill that void. Sex Anonymous is a good free group therapy.

Therapy. I don't know if there is any bipolarity; she needs a psychiatric evaluation before specific medication suggestions.
Get her to a therapist to explore this issue and if not improving should see a psychiatrist for medications.
My advice is to have a complete psychiatric evaluation to diagnose this problem.
