“My mom is not reacting well to allergy medicine?”
My mom is suffering from a skin allergy from the last few years. She was prescribed the medicine i.e Levocetirizine but now the allergy is more and she has to take this medicine. Is there any other medicine or any other way to control it?

There are plenty of other allergy medications that can be tried. You should have a formal consultation with an allergist who can make proper recommendations
