Neurologist (Pediatric) Questions Neuromuscular Disorders

My son's hands are trembling. Could it be a neurological problem?

My son's hands are trembling, and at random points throughout the day. Why could this be happening? Could this be due to a neurological problem?

It could be something completely benign and not a worry, but could be a sign of a neurologic condition. He should be evaluated by a child neurologist.
If this is new, he may need to have his sugar checked. Does it run in the family? There are some neurological problems that can cause tremor, but these are more common in the elderly.
