Neurologist Questions Confusion

What neurological problems can be associated with memory loss and confusion?

I am all of a sudden having bouts of memory loss where in I cant remember what happened a few minutes ago. I also find myself being confused at random times. What could be the problem?

Many disorders can cause these symptoms. But it could be a cognitive impairment, a memory disorder, or a mild delirium. Would get a neurologist to sort this out. Good luck.
If this has been going on for any extended period of time, get an MRI of the brain, blood tests for vitamin levels, and an EEG. Do see a neurologist.
I would advise you to seek some additional consultation with your Primary Care Physician and/or a Board Certified Neurologist
Based on the clinicals provided it is very suggestive of an inflammatory muscle disorder versus a neuromuscular problem. You need to consult a Neurologist with experience in Neuromuscular disorders. You will also need an EMG nerve conduction testing. Please consult a Neurologist as soon as possible.
