Occasional nightime dizziness?

I am a 65 year old male in reasonably good health. I do take medications for high blood pressure (40 mg lisinopril; 50 mg toprol XL; and 12.5 mg HCTZ). I have been doing Weight Watchers and my weight has decreased from 294 lb on 12/10/2019 to 244 lb presently.

About 3 times in about the past year I have woke in the middle of the night and found myself dizzy - not room spinning dizzy but sufficient to affect my balance and stability. Each time after a couple of hours the dizziness has subsided.

The most recent event (6/2/2020) was more severe - in addition to being dizzy, I was sweating profusely and when I sat up to take a drink of water felt nauseous. The symptoms have subsided by I feel somewhat drained during the day today. When I woke again in the morning I took some readings - my temperature was normal; O2 with pulse oximeter was 97-98%; and my blood pressure was 140/90. The BP was elevated over my recent daily readings, which have been in the range of 105-120 systolic and 65-75 diastolic over the past month or so.

I would appreciate any suggestions you may offer on how to follow up.
