Physical Therapist Questions Neck Pain

Can physical therapy help me relieve the muscular catch in my neck?

I have a muscular catch in my neck due to the wrong sleeping posture, and I have been managing using balms and sprays for pain relief. Should I consider physical therapy to treat my condition better?

Either a physical therapist or massage therapist can help. You could try a heating pad for 10-15 min and some neck stretching to help.
Yes, PT will help with neck pain due to muscle spasm caused by wrong sleeping posture.

Sure, physical therapy will be a great help. I am wondering if you have any bulging or herniated disc. Please see an orthopedic surgeon for a diagnosis. But you can use some moist heat and gentle stretching.
Are you sure it’s a muscular ache? Please have a physical therapist take a look
Absolutely!!
Yes. You need to determine if you have a mobility problem or a stability problem. More than likely a stability problem, in my experience, but that needs to be evaluated.
